Google Slides offers a good alternative to Microsoft PowerPoint for digital signage implementations.
It’s easy to build presentations online, Publish your slides online then copy the URL and configure it in Monitors AnyWhere.
On this article, we will guide you on how to run different Google Slides presentations on different monitors from one computer, in full-screen mode, in any resolution and orientation settings. You can run the same presentation on all screens or a different presentation on each screen.
To create a Google account, go to this link:
And click on “Create account”
After creating the new account, log in to with your credentials.
Here you have 3 Options:
a. Start a new presentation.
b. Use a Template from the gallery.
c. Upload a presentation from your PC (you can upload a PPT/PPTX/PPS files).
In this guide, we will show how to load a presentation which was created with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Go to File > Open > Upload
Drag and drop the file to this window and it will start uploading the PPT file.
How to publish your presentation
Once the file is loaded, you can start playing it on your screens.
Go to File > Publish to the web
– select the time between slides.
– Tick the ‘Start slideshow as soon as the player loads’ option.
– Tick the ‘Restart the slideshow after the last slide’ option.
Click Publish and copy the Link it created.
