Technical Support and Software Upgrades

The MAWi software comes with a warranty period of 12 months, which entitles customers to receive and install all our latest releases, upgrades, and updates, as well as access full technical support, without any additional cost within the first year after purchase.

After this initial period, customers have the option to extend the warranty and receive the same level of service by paying $30 per screen per year.
MAWi offers reminders in the form of pop-up messages 30, 15, and 1 day(s) prior to the expiration of the warranty. We highly recommend extending the warranty to ensure that your system remains updated with the latest security measures, bug fixes, improvements, and new features. By extending the warranty, you will also maintain access to our dedicated technical support team.

In the event that the customer chooses not to extend the warranty, they can continue using the system in its current state. However, they will not be eligible for our technical support services, and they will not have the option to upgrade the system to new major releases.
Please note:

1. In the event that the warranty is not extended after its expiration, upgrading to a new major release will incur a cost of $75 per screen if the upgrade is performed within 18-24 months of the initial purchase. If the upgrade is conducted more than 24 months after the purchase, the cost will be $150 per screen.

2. Monitors AnyWhere Connect V4 and earlier versions are no longer supported. We strongly advise customers to follow an upgrade path to receive support from us. Please note that we cannot guarantee that v4 will work with all its features on the latest versions of Windows 10 and newer operating systems.

Handling Software Fixes:

In the rare case that a software issue arises and requires a fix, our team will work diligently to resolve it. Depending on the complexity of the issue, a fix may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process and prioritize urgent matters to minimize downtime.
